Natural Medicine Laughing!!!

Human blood contains receptors which receive signal of happiness from the brain and pass them. Then the process of healing is made faster. Hence, the more you laugh, the healthier you become, and the healthier you become the more your personality rejuvenates.
By smiling, laughing and wearing cheerful expressions, we strengthen the immune system to prevent and fight diseases.
If tension, stress and anxiety make a man sick, then its sure happiness, cheerfulness, contentment and joy should help a man cure his diseases. As for old age, "It is a state of mind. If a man's mind continues to be fresh and accept ideas he is not old".
"If hope lives within his heart and he continues to look ahead, he is not old. If the spark of love lives within him and he continues to expect the best from life, he is not old".
People tonay need a sence of humour to laugh often. How?
Here is some tips for that:-
Get up in the morning, look yourself on the mirror, smile and say "GOOD MORNING" to your inner psychic. Always remember that, there is another human being inside you so we oftenly say somthing like "SELF RESPECT" dont we? After then give a good postitive smile and again say "GOOD MORNING " to the LORD who created you, thank to your mom dad for giving you life. See that your face always glows with smile although you are sad or happy because, the one who can smile in hard times will never be in grief.
Mahatma Gandhi has also mentioned that," You are not completely dressed until your face wears a smile". You must laugh appropriately often as you can.
Apart from this laughing also maintains your blood pressure in normal and also helps in digestion.
It also rejuvenates your skin and keep you away from ageing or wrinkles still in your old age.
These all are scientific benefits of smiling or laughing but smile always in your face brings other remarkable results in your public and social relations but one thing your smile must be from inner heart , must be pure and original not artificial. Smiling is also one signal of body language so if your smile is artificial, then that would be a poision for you which definately works against.
Always give a good smile to your frens to your collegues and to everyone you relate with. Laughing at wrong time or wrong situation can be harmful too, for an instance if you laugh at people ,his condition then that would be destructive. So, you need to take care of this too.
So whenever possible smile and laugh at the right time at the right place......
